Millefeuille
Here she is - the queen of French pastry and my absolute weapon of choice for converting people to the "millefeuilles should replace wedding cakes" movement!
The puff is laminated in our kitchen - no shortcuts, no pre-made anything, just pure technique and a lot of butter. The creme diplomat is a french custard folded through with whipped cream to lighten it. The result? it's indulgent, deliciously messy and and absolutely worth every single crumb on your plate.
The filling options are either vanilla or hazelnut for an additional fee.
